  2. How often do you open the app? Daily, weekly, monthly, or rarely?

  5. How many accounts do you sync through the app, and which providers?

Contact Sync

  1. How reliable has contact syncing been across iCloud, Google, Outlook, Facebook, or CardDAV?
  2. Have duplicate contacts appeared after a sync?
  3. Have contacts gone missing or had fields overwritten unexpectedly?
  4. How fast does syncing feel, and is progress clear while it is happening?
  5. Have you had to re-authenticate repeatedly? Which provider?

Contact Health & Cleaning

  1. Have you used Duplicate Repair, and did it find matches accurately?
  2. Have you used Contact Health? Which issues did it flag (missing names, missing phones, stale records)?
  3. Did you feel confident tapping Fix, or did you worry about losing data?
  4. After cleaning, did your address book feel noticeably more organized?

Smart Tools

  1. Have you tried Birthday-to-Calendar sync, and did it work as expected?
  2. Do you use Smart Filters to find specific contacts? Is the filter easy to configure?

Privacy & Security

  1. Did you use Guest Mode when you first opened the app, and was the Skip option clear?
  2. Do you use App Lock with Face ID or Touch ID, and does it unlock reliably?

iOS & Mac Experience

  2. On iPhone, do you notice or use Dynamic Island features?
